Abbie made this experience worthy of 5*.
I'd inadvertently ended up with 2 car insurance policies as I'd forgotten to cancel the automatic renewal, and bought a new policy via money supermarket. Navigating the world of car insurance seems to be getting trickier, as does remembering what actions I have taken, or in this instance not taken.
Anyway Abbie was brilliant. She was able to spot what had happened straight away, put my mind at rest by unpicking my errors and sorting everything out.
This lady knows her stuff, and I couldn't feel more relieved than I do.
Sometimes not being able to speak to a real person has its drawbacks, but this whole online chat help was definitely worthy of a positive review, and Abbie more than entitled to her 5 stars
