Executive Club Call Centre

Executive Club Call Centre. Not fit for purpose. All I wanted to do was change my flight and the total process took no less than 50 mins because their payment system does not accommodate internet calls, calls where a speaker or headphones are being used. They hung up on me twice and the third time promised to call me back. No one did. The website is archaic and god forbid you want to change your ticket at the last minute. So, a sub optimal call centre and software from the 80’s
