I can't use the card because I don't have access to my old number and I can't change the number from the app. They require me to upload a selfie to change the number. I spent two hours talking to them. I wanted to buy tickets which aren't available anymore. They didn't let the payment go through.
They definitely don't make banking easier!

This is why when you're logged out and change your phone number, you need to upload a picture of you holding your ID. This way we can make sure that the account owner is making these changes.

If you run into trouble uploading your selfie with ID, you can email it to us as an attachment along with your new phone number (and country code). You can contact us from this link: https://wi.se/directcontactus
For security reasons this is the only way to change your phone number when you're logged out.
