I ordered the glasses online and then…

I ordered the glasses online and then received that dreaded email that since the glasses were not in stock, they would need to be ordered. I explained that I needed them by a certain date and was assured that the said date was doable. Lo and behold, I received a mail this morning saying that there were delays from the receiver, that they have made a complaint to the supplier, blah blah. To cancel will cost me 10% of the product cost! Not the standard I would have expected

Upon the receipt of this order, the particular product was unavailable, both within our inventory and at the brand's own factory warehouse. As clearly explained in our terms, commissioning the production of a non-stock product incurs non-refundable expenses. In the case of the specific order in question, the cancellation request was received within the standard order fulfillment period, resulting in the application of cancellation fees as outlined in our agreement.

Failure to adhere to the terms of this agreement constitutes a violation of contract and is therefore unlawful. We are committed to upholding the law and refrain from engaging in any illegal activities, even when faced with individuals who abuse our TrustPilot profile and leverage negative reviews as a means of extortion.
