I ordered the glasses online and then received that dreaded email that since the glasses were not in stock, they would need to be ordered. I explained that I needed them by a certain date and was assured that the said date was doable. Lo and behold, I received a mail this morning saying that there were delays from the receiver, that they have made a complaint to the supplier, blah blah. To cancel will cost me 10% of the product cost! Not the standard I would have expected
