I accidentally left a rating that showed I was not satisfied with my recent customer service. I was contacted by Gabriel who asked if I could explain why and that he’d marked it as a complaint . I replied explaining in fact I was very satisfied with how my query was resolved and could he withdraw the complaint which he has done within 24 hours! Great communication and customer service !!
