Poor customer service.

Sent a request for sale of 2 x Rolex watches. Heard nothing and then an email saying they have had a new email system and to let them know if haven’t heard anything. Left it a week and replied to say I hadn’t. Never bothered to respond. A polite ‘no thanks’ would have been appreciated, rather than being ignored. Given I have purchased Rolex watches from them in the past I find this approach to customer loyalty rather disappointing.

It is always challenging when serial 1 star reviewers don’t leave an actual name as we have responded to all messages and often find clients who haven’t received responses have them in spam or filter folders, please call us or leave a name rather than initials and we will confirm we have responded.
