Poor customer service.
Sent a request for sale of 2 x Rolex watches. Heard nothing and then an email saying they have had a new email system and to let them know if haven’t heard anything. Left it a week and replied to say I hadn’t. Never bothered to respond. A polite ‘no thanks’ would have been appreciated, rather than being ignored. Given I have purchased Rolex watches from them in the past I find this approach to customer loyalty rather disappointing.
