Emma mattress DONT…

I purchased a mattress in 2019 which proved to be faulty , it was exchanged, the second mattress proved to be faulty so was returned March 2024. Under there guarantee I am entitled to a refund. I have the sale invoice it was 0% Finance but doesnt state who with they say its klarna , so emma would have received payment from them . However they are asking for evidence I paid for it which so far I have not traced, I would imagine that when payment was complete with klarna I saw mibreason to keep it as the guarantee for the bed is with Emma. they clearly would have that in their records but are refusing to refund they are hiding behind a clause in terms and coditions that to get refund you have to show them karna invoice. I have asked for sar under the 2018 data protection act 2018 but so far havnt had a response. So they have my £699 pounds and the faulty mattress . But i won't give up . My contract was with klarna for payment ultimately if I hadn't paid for it ( but I have ) the issue would be between me and klarna. And why have I been supplied with 2 mattresses if I hadn't. My next port of call will be ombudsman and the bbc watchdog.
