No automatic renewals
As a long term customer who's rented the same piece of equipment from them for years, Hughes Rental seems not value customer loyalty. Why? They have not automatically renewed our equipment once in over 8 years AND increased the price of our rental year on year. My wish is that they would respect long term customers by introducing a loyalty program, discounts or automatically replace equipment after 4-5 years. In doing that, I would feel valued as their customer; and not the opposite as currently stands. Thanks for reading.

Dear Adam, whom have you requested more information from and what information did you request. You didn't request it here or anywhere else for that matter. So, where did you request it as it seems like you might be telling porkies and doing the absolute bare minimum to address my problem. That kind of shows how little you respect customers.
