The courier dumped my two orders outside of course they were stolen and not for the first time..if you use Twitter X you will know who I refer to I phoned QVC stressed and upset The customer service lady Faye was brilliant she calmed me down assured me this would be investigated and my items replaced as soon as possible thankfully with a different courier..x
