I recently upgraded my broadband to full-fibre. Openreach then contacted me to confirm the order and the date of installation. I received several more texts informing me of what to expect on the day and how to prepare for the installation. On the morning of the installation, I received another text from an Openreach sub-contractor called MJ Quinn who was doing the work. The engineer, Martin arrived on time and we went through the options for the installation in great detail. Martin was very polite, knowledgeable and patient. He was happy to allow me to watch the more technical aspects of the installation and explained how the equipment he was using worked. The installation was done with great care and consideration of my wishes. It's very neat and done to my complete satisfaction and, to my Wife's. My new full fibre works perfectly.
