Hopeless customer service
Last year, a few days after moving home I received an email to say my online subscribed order was being prepared. Even though I went online to my account immediately to change the address I was told it was too late and it was sent to my old address. I updated my details but the next scheduled delivery in February was also sent to my old address - 100 miles away. Despite raising this issue online, all I get back are stupid automatic emails saying my ticket has been updated. Whatever that means. The only other communication told me to ask the neighbours if they had my parcel. Clearly hadn’t bothered to read my complaint or check my account. So I’ve asked them to refund and close my account. The response ‘ your ticket has been updated’. Absolutely hopeless organisation and customer service.
