Vendor put wrong address on my parcel, no idea where it has ended up....no reply from them to my numerous emails, no phone number available to contact them. And they did not honour the 15% promo for my first order, either.......not impressed...........spent £132 and got nothing to show for.........

According to your order, the shipping address is same as your billing address as you entered when you were checking out, our staff did not have access to modify your address in any way. If you do think the address that you entered was incorrect, we kindly ask to contact Royal Mail for further instruction as we cannot change your address after your order had dispacthed.
As for the 15% off discount code, we are afraid the welcome code isn't for all products especially not for new arrival/back in stock/sales items, which we had explained to you in initial email. We recommand to read to our shipping policy carefully before you make any purchase with us.
