Evri usually bring parcels right to my flat and provide a perfectly good service, however there was an occasion where there was a problem and thier customer support was very bad.
They left a parcel in a shared area by a main entrance in a block of flats. The location has a number of signs telling delivery drivers not to leave parcels there as they regularly get stolen, and it went missing. Evri then refused to accept responsibility so the supplier had to pay.
