I was a Three mobile customer for 10+ years. I can't remember ever having any problems with the service whatsoever, and any time I needed to speak with Customer Support, they were extremely quick to respond and always very helpful. The only reason I left Three was because I wanted to reduce my bill, but other than that I can't recommend them highly enough.
