Nope.
Bought the starter pack for my pup from the Woof store on Amazon. Under supervision, he destroyed the pupsicle in under 15 minutes. When I reached out to customer service I was given a lecture on supervising my dog, and to reach out to Amazon for help. Many thanks for that lovely little run around. What I had hoped would be a great enrichment activity for my dog was not only a waste of time and money, but dangerous.

At the moment, Woof purchases made on Amazon are subject to Amazon's own support and return policy. This is because Amazon has a separate ordering system and does not grant Woof access to your order or payment to issue a refund/replacement.
We hope that will change in the future to enable us to offer more support and benefits to our customers, regardless of which retailer the purchase comes from. Thank you for your understanding!
