Disappointing
I bought several different items - food and non food - for delivery. Some items are quite reasonably priced, others rather expensive. Easy to order. Delivery was quite fast. The disappointing experience was regarding several slices of cakes I ordered. For some reason there had been an issue at HQ so some couldn't be sent out with my delivery and would be a couple of days late. This wasn't an issue for me. What was and still is, is that upon arrival of this second package...there was only one slice in (a huge box too!). I contacted the Black Farmer asking for a refund of what wasn't received...and I haven't heard a peep back or received a refund, and that was 10 days ago. So they have let themselves down with extremely poor customer service here.
