a lot a stress just to get my order correct....

Original order not delivered on Nominated delivery day (paid additional delivery fee for this). Item then did not move for several days. called the customer service team (this alone is a very difficult process) at which point the order was cancelled and a new one made.

Issue with the charges for the new order required 3 separate phone calls to get my account correctly credited to match my original order.

Then both items arrived on the same day (the original - a week late and the new one).

Now I have been charged for both and I'm having to arrange for the return of the duplicate.
