Holding my return for 5 days

Holding my return for 5 days. Refusing to confirm they actually have received the item by email for that period. In the live chat they are acknowledging they should have refunded by this time, they HAVE the goods but REFUSE to process the refund now.
Disgusting service recently more headache than they are worth. Customer service deplorable.
