Can I make the following points..
I provided you with every thing else you requested and told you I could not locate the warranty certificate. On 24 Jan you emailed stating there has been a change of ownership of the product and that I should contact the previous owner for warranty certificate. I then told there is no change of ownership and gave you my wife's name. On 31 Jan you addressed my wife that as she had registered a Morphy Richard product that Consumer Brands will be dealing with all future warrant claims which clearly indicates that this product was registered. Thanks
