Buy from Rockola instead! If you choose INTA, use a credit card so you don't have to hire an atty for a refund.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT pay with an echeck like they encourage you to! If there are any issues and you need a refund- they will not refund your money. James B will tell you many excuses why it takes over 2 months for a refund. We waited 8 months for our jukebox from Inthenewage and were told SO many reasons that we still didn't have it with no estimate for delivery. The very last excuse was they had to order new metal for the front of our jukebox from Rockola. We called Rockola to check on alternatives to the metal we were waiting on. They had no idea what we were talking about. They had never even gotten an order for that model from ITNA and there were no outstanding orders for anything for inthenewage. After James told us he'd be happy to cancel our order because he could sell that jukebox in a heartbeat, we cancelled and requested a refund. James said it would take 30-45 days. That was in mid November 2023. Still no refund and no jukebox after he took our $9737 almost a year ago. After multiple calls he said he mailed our check on Jan 22nd. It's been 8 days and still no check. We ordered the same jukebox from Rockola and got it delivered in just over a month. We were told Rockola is working to drop InTheNewAge as a distributer due to a history of complaints like this as well as some other unfavorable business practices.
As far as Jimmy's response- his memory is as bad as his ethics. I have not spoken to him since December of 2021 which is when I put the first deposit on a jukebox. Never got that one either. Also, we only cancelled once, after we found out he was lying about the "bad" metal on the front of the jukebox. PS- the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee pledge on that website is a farce. 🙄

You ordered a special order all sales final item, then you call to check on it and it wasn't even near the "Estimated time" ready to ship, so ok, but yet you started yelling and complaining and your husband was rude to our sales person. Then you called back apologized said lets keep the order. Then email us asking what do we have ready to ship now in time for christmas, and that you would put the 2nd one in your basement we had 2 jukeboxes to choose from, took 2 weeks to hear back from you., we have a nice used rockola you were interested in. You said you didnt want it, now you wanted to cancel. Read the refund process on our website, here is a link and exactly what it says. Additionally a NEW rockola can easily take over 1 years, it on every single rockola page on our website, its said the same thing since 2020. Accounting will email you when the refunds been issued.

General Refund Terms:
Cancelation's and refunds on special order + high-dollar items can take 30-90 days

It is the customers responsibility to return the item safely in the same condition it was received in (New) at his or hers own expense.
At customers request, we can arrange pick up using one of our white-glove shipping companies in which will inspect the item first, and upon approval there is no visible damage will wrap it and ship it back to our warehouse. The cost of this service will vary but usually costs between $600.00 - $900.00. However, this will ensure it is professionally packed and will be handles with extreme care. Any original packing or crating materials is not necessary.
• Refunds must be approved by management and and are sent out by the accounting dept.
• After the items has been safely returned, refunds can take up to 2-3 weeks.
• Credit and debit cards payments will be credit back to the same card that was used to make the initial purchase
• Checks and e-checks will be refunded by paper check via U.S. mail or electronically.
