Easy from start to finish! I had popped in for an initial look during my lunch hour and was impressed at that time by the friendly, helpful staff. I was asked a few simple questions which helped focus my own thinking, considering I had gone in clueless! Went home to chat things over with my other half and kids, and returned at the weekend with more of an idea of what we were looking for. When we returned, Vicky had clearly remembered speaking to me through the week and was able to answer questions and support us in making decisions. She never forced or hurried, just checked in with questions and thoughts to support our choice. Even better, when we left that Saturday almost sure of and sold on a holiday, she sent an email later that afternoon with some final thoughts and a new suggestion as a comparison. This was the cherry on the cake, she had listened and taken on board all we had said and found something else, something different again but something just right. We went in the following Monday and booked! A great experience and would thoroughly recommend Hays Travel!
