The worst insurance!!!!!

First of all, it’s impossible to reach out to them!! I’ve been calling from the early morning and they answered me just now (it’s 4 pm). Crazy!!!

Second of all, it was an accident at my house and they refused to pay the right amount of money. It’s supposed to be x amount of money and they only said they can pay half of that price. It won’t even cover the materials!

I’ve been completely robbed. I’m paying lots of money for this insurance, they won’t respond to any of my emails, they won’t pick up my phone, they won’t pay the money and it’s been almost a year!

I definitely don’t recommend this insurance. The most horrible experience.

If you are not satisfied with the case workers decision, you can contact the case workers manager and request a final review.

If you are not satisfied with Folksam's final decision, you have the opportunity to request a review by kundombudsmannen. The kundombudsman can make an impartial assessment of your case.
