STEER CLEAR!!!! my flight was booked through E Dreams cost £1400 was cancelled at last minute. This was in November. Still waiting on a refund! No one replies on chat. Only get automated response to emails. No phone number to actually speak to a human being. Basically THEFT!!!! Have also messaged them on Facebook never get a reply. Happy to take your money then completely ignore you!!!
