Think Twice ..late payments on claims are severe…
Customer service is always extremely Pleasant and great to deal with but they can do nothing to speed up claims … once they managed paid me the same day claim submitted now waiting 9 weeks for the same condition .. same amount for the same prescribed injection given each month Advised oh dear ..apologies for the delay we are working through claims in date order !!! Shall I pay them when I think appropriate!! Disgraceful and disappointing treatment think twice before moving companies..grass not always greener

Thanks for leaving us a review. I'm sorry your recent claim is taking longer than expected to pay out. We receive and pay out a higher volume of claims than some other insurers as we offer some of the most comprehensive cover on the market.
