Review of Pro:Direct Sport

Terrible

I have used this company for a while and been very good until my last two experiences.
I ordered a set of G form vento shin pads in pink which after a while started turning my daughters legs pink as the colour would run out, obviously a manufacturer issue and not pro direct sport issue, however after a few months I returned item because of the issue and was told I had a refund? No refund shows in my account and after raising this issue it still (months later) has not been resolved, they still have my money.
Further more I purchased the same shin pads in white as a replacement, these had a tear in them so I returned and was refunded for these as they couldn’t exchange as out of stock. Few hours after the refund they were back in stock so I re ordered the item and guess what? They send the same faulty item back to me I had just returned, I returned this again and was refunded, however they still kept the postage I paid after sending me back a faulty item I had just returned, probably hoping no one would notice the tear.
Still waiting for my refund for the original shin pads and know no response se from them.
Really disappointed in this company which I’ve used many times
