Was only sent half an order and was…

Was only sent half an order and was missing £49.98 worth of my order. I sent evidence and asked for a refund for the items missing. I was then emailed 2 days later stating that my parcel had went missing with evri and that they have resent my order instead of refunding me my money. I had to go out and buy new bed covers when I realized that they never came in my order hence the reason I asked for my refund. I told them this to be met with the reply "Apologies but we cannot proceed with the refund due to your replacement being sent to you already as per our policy.". I then received the rest of my order fully opened from evri which I refused and asked the driver to send back to the seller, he noted it on the system and returned it to the seller. I have emailed the seller numerous times and told them that the items were refused and that I wanted the money owed to me to be refunded and have had absolutely no response from them whatsoever. Wish that I had checked on trust pilot before I ordered with this company. I am near enough £50 down which is a lot of money when you have 2 children to provide for. I am not amused at all. Avoid this company at all costs as it seems to be a recurring issue after reading the reviews on here.
