It’s very difficult to get any sort of response from this company. Phone number ‘is not answering. Please try again later’. Have been trying for over a week, as well as emailing. I want to return duvet set - if no reply to emails today I will be cancelling payment

A lesson learnt

A lesson learnt. Check out Trustpilot reviews before ordering anything on line. Placed an order for some bedding that has never arrived. No response to all forms of contact. Have looked up the business at Companies House and it has changed its name a few times. The current company is Maventekk Ltd registered at a private address in SW London. I will be reporting the company director.

No communication. Scammed out of refund.

Returned an order to the address provided on the website but the courier attempted delivery 3 times leaving a card on each occasion. Several emails go unanswered and when they did reply it was with the address and clearly hadn't read the email body. Package is now with courier awaiting collection from the depot, still no reply from customer support. I have never had such a bad experience from a company.

AVOID! AVOID!! AVOID!!!

I placed an online order on 15th April.

I received a dispatch email on 16th April but the item NEVER ARRIVED.

No tracking information was sent so I cannot trace the item.

I've tried to contact them NUMEROUS times but....
(1) LiveChat autobot just says "Order has been fulfilled" and there is no option to speak to a human
(2) Phone number doesn't connect
(3) No reply to the many emails I've sent

Will have to try and claim my money back via my credit card company

AVOID THESE THIEVING ROGUES!!!

Was only sent half an order and was…

Was only sent half an order and was missing £49.98 worth of my order. I sent evidence and asked for a refund for the items missing. I was then emailed 2 days later stating that my parcel had went missing with evri and that they have resent my order instead of refunding me my money. I had to go out and buy new bed covers when I realized that they never came in my order hence the reason I asked for my refund. I told them this to be met with the reply "Apologies but we cannot proceed with the refund due to your replacement being sent to you already as per our policy.". I then received the rest of my order fully opened from evri which I refused and asked the driver to send back to the seller, he noted it on the system and returned it to the seller. I have emailed the seller numerous times and told them that the items were refused and that I wanted the money owed to me to be refunded and have had absolutely no response from them whatsoever. Wish that I had checked on trust pilot before I ordered with this company. I am near enough £50 down which is a lot of money when you have 2 children to provide for. I am not amused at all. Avoid this company at all costs as it seems to be a recurring issue after reading the reviews on here.

Dishonest and appalling customer service

The bedding delivered was different to the photo on the website. I took photos and contacted Threadnine with these. They offered me 25% discount or to return the bedding. I opted to return and asked for a shipping label. I was told they wouldn't pay for postage as it was 'against their policy'. So despite sending me an incorrect item they are unwilling to accept responsibility.
I tried to call instead of email (response to which was very slow) but the phone number is a duff. The email communication I had was impersonal ("Dear valued customer..." instead of using my name) and unprofessional, signing off with a smiley!
Unfortunately, I read Trustpilot reviews after this problem, not before buying, as I see this experience is all too common and could have been avoided. I will not be returning the items at my own expense as I see from other reviews that another trick they use is not to send a refund. An appalling company, it's amazing they're allowed to operate. Avoid at all costs.

Threadnine’s response to my review is typical of all their responses, I see. They attempt to smooth it all over by a reasoned reply, putting blame back on the customer. I sent photos which showed the the item sent was CLEARLY different to the website photos, and they repeatedly ignored to recognise this. It’s like talking to a brick wall.

Want me to buy a camera!!!!

I purchased an item - I now don't want it. I asked them to authorise a return - as I am entitled to do under UK law. They said they will only accept a return with a photo. I don't have a camera and I don't have a phone with a camera - why would I; I'm 90 years old!!! Now they are happy to break the law by refusing my request to return. I have been met with hostility and rudeness. A terrible company whom I will never give a penny of my money to again!
So very disappointed.

Excellent customer service

Ordered a King quilt set which arrived within days, it was unfortunately not the one I ordered. All my emails were responded to in quick, polite and efficient manner. The correct quilt cover was received, again, in a matter of days. I can’t fault the quality of the goods or the customer service. Will definitely buy again.
