I am a regular online purchaser. Recently I have found 2 cases of big problem (item missing and incorrectness) , and all 2 cases are still be holding for more than a month. Although I have tried to keep report and follow up with customer service desk via e-mail many times, I have got no update from them. I am really disappointed in Cettire.
