Liza on the CHAT line I connected with twice for getting my program and scanner updated. Both visits she was very helpful. She accessed my computer remotely and was able to delete and install programs needed.
I have been a NEAT user since 2008 and started with the hand held scanner prior getting DESK TOP scanner.
I do several expense reports and invoicing a year in my accounting/event services businesses. Average scanning 25-50 receipts per report.
So glad my issue was resolved quickly and minimum down time.
