Never again this Airlines!!

My flight has been canceled 4 times .
First flight was on 21st of December from Aberdeen to Stavanger. Another one on the sane day Aberdeen -Bergen,Bergen -Kristiansand. We spent two nights at the hotel.On the next day our flighs was canceled again.And no more flights before Christmas. So we didn't spend Christmas with our family.We have to go back to home.
Another flight was on 27th December and again was canceled but we have flight to Bergen .We spend all night on the airport because our next flight to Stavanger was in the next day at 7am .We lost a lot of many /food ,drinks plus we have to pay more for our car park/.
We are still waiting for compensation, it was very stressful for us.
Our journey lasted 26 hours plus 6 days of delay .

When you filed the claim, it should have been stated estimated handling time for the claims department to solve this issue
Update - Thank you for sharing the file number.
We will ask Claims Department to handle the case as fast as possible
