The lead in time for all the recorded messages and menus before I got to speak to a person was almost 4 minutes. But stick with it as my experience was excellent. The person I dealt with was clear and helpful and the policy I was offered after answering their questions is 5 star. However having two ( nearest to)comparative quotations from Sage and Coop the savings were £200 and £400 respectively. Thank heaven for Staysure!
