As an eighty year old with mobility problems I was looking for a chair with positional controls. My intention was to identify a suitable one by visiting HSL then obtaining one via online sales, probably refurbished. After a very short time my intention was negated.Prior to purchase my wife, son and I spent two hours in the company of Dawn and I cannot speak to highly of her pleasing, educational and professional approach.
