They helped me step by step trouble shoot my teedi hybrid 2 . When the product was found to be faulty due to a sensor malfunction, they replaced my unit with a very good refurbished one. The yeedi support team were very fast to answer and kept communication frequent until the replacement unit arrived. The yeedi works very well for me in general but it was their technical support team which made me give 5 stars as I have never received such good support from a company before
