Disappointing Experience and Non-Existent Customer Service - Order #41343
I placed an order on December 14th (order #41343) for hair coloring creams from Evilhair, hoping to receive the products in time for New Year’s celebrations. Not only did I not receive the promised tracking code within 2-3 working days of the shipping notification on December 24th, but today, December 30th, I am still waiting for any update. This suggests that my order has not even been shipped yet.
I attempted to contact customer service for clarification but have received no response. The lack of communication and the absence of responsive customer service are unacceptable. I had previously purchased from Evilhair in 2020 (order #29841) and had no issues, but this time my trust has been betrayed.
Due to this negative experience, I am forced to look for an alternative product in a physical store, despite having already spent €54.48 on an order that seems to have been forgotten. I strongly advise against shopping with Evilhair for anyone seeking reliable and timely service.
Update January 15th
After not receiving yet another response, I requested a refund through PayPal on January 11th, thankfully having paid that way. It was strange because the package was shipped the day after I requested the refund and it arrived on January 15th, a month after the order.
Now I’m trying to figure out how to handle the situation with PayPal or to return the item, as the courier left the goods at the bar because I wasn’t home, otherwise, I would have refused the package.
I’m not sure how to manage this, I think they will contact me. I don’t know whether to return it; in the meantime, I have purchased another product.
