First time I’ve had to return an order. Tried to cancel it a few mins after ordering as I’d forgotten something.
Hence I now had two orders coming as it didn’t cancel in time before being shipped.

They said no problem as I could return the order via one of their methods; they give a QR code and I return it.
Fine!

But now they’re saying they can’t find the order being returned
Royal Mail show it’s been delivered.
Myprotein can’t locate it; therefore £113 isn’t going to be refunded to me!

They’ve been trying to locate the parcel for a long time now and I fear I’ll need to go via my credit card for the money.

Won’t be ordering from them again!

Please refund me what I’m owed!
