ok experience, but could be better

it was ok.
guidance on uploading the pictures could be better and the process takes far longer than expected.
Website and app display different information when trying to confirm status, which is annoying.
of course, the buyer collecting the car chipped the price on the driveway (part of that was fairly so, but part not in accordance with website info)

Ordinarily, our photo app will assist you in taking photos that meet our requirements, preventing you from having to retake any and helping you create a professional-grade vehicle profile that helps to maximise your offers on the day of sale.

Where you experience difficulties with the app which we are unable to immediately resolve, our Sales Team will provide you with example photos to follow and send to us via email to ensure this doesn’t hold things up.

If you could provide more information on the discrepancies in the information supplied on the app and the website to reviews@motorway.co.uk, we would be happy to look into this further for you.

Unfortunately, if the buyer identifies any issues that were not listed on your selling profile, they may look to cancel the sale or adjust their offer at the point of collection to take this into account, as your offer is based on the accuracy of the information provided and advertised on your profile.

In this instance, the buyer provided photos taken at the point of inspection which highlight paint issues on the front bumper, chips on the back bumper and bonnet, a camshaft sensor and headlights fault, and also condensation in both headlights, which we were not made aware of prior to listing your vehicle. The only imperfections declared during the qualifying process were one small stone chip on the bonnet and one small dent on the passenger side wing.

You’re never obligated to accept a lower offer, but the vehicle must be as described in order to achieve the agreed price.

Nevertheless, we appreciate all feedback and are pleased to see that the sale was completed.
