Invited to a member pre-black Friday launch and ordered a lot of items with a good discount. So far, so good…

Note that delivery would be +5 days even if selecting next day delivery.
…No issue with longer packing and posting given the busy period but it took almost 2 weeks to deliver without any update which was far beyond what Rep suggested.

To add insult, on Black Friday and the general public an additional 15% off all items was given!!! Where is the benefit to an early members access?
Given order was still unfulfilled I asked for the order total to be adjusted but met with a hard orders are placed and cannot be changed.

Frustrated but didn’t fancy ordering whole order again to enjoy nearly a £100 benefit…

Delivery day finally arrives 12 days after placing order only to be missing 2 items, both of which were Christmas presents!

Had to chase again, only for an apology and refund - poor service.

Both missing items were available to still order on the website which was odd but due to time elapsed prices had gone back to full price.

If you’re still reading, it’s been a horror show in how not to retail to loyal customers. Really tarnished my view of Rep.
