Ordered a couple of coins… one of which had the title of 2012 1oz Silver Britannia. I received the coins and instead of a 2012 I received a 2017. I got in touch to try and rectify the situation only to be told it was my fault… when they say 2012 they don’t actually mean it and I should have stated I wanted a 2012. They have offered to sell me a 2012… guess what… I won’t be returning. Clearly too big to care.

Thank you for your review. In 2012 the alloy of the Silver Britannia changed, so there is a difference in the coins before and after 2012. We therefore have listings for ‘pre’ 2012, and ‘post’ 2012, Silver Britannia.
Please see the detail from our website on the coin you purchased, which we did correctly deliver to you: 'Up until 2013, Silver Britannia coins were produced in Britannia silver, in a fineness of 958.0. As of 2013, Silver Britannia coins have been produced in a fineness of 999.0. The final year-date to depict Queen Elizabeth II on the Britannia coin was 2023. The year-date you will receive cannot be specified, but will be between the years of 2013 to 2023'.
We are extremely disappointed with your comment about us being too big to care, we totally refute this claim, we always try our hardest to provide the best customer service at all times, and try to rectify all queries, and as you can see from the above, we did indeed deliver exactly what you ordered, per our listing.
