FITS with OVO goes from bad to worse

FITS with OVO goes from bad to worse.
It's now been 10 weeks since the last metre reading cycle. SSE paid within 2 or 3. They still owe an unpaid sum from last year. Can't face calling again when each time they promise to sort it and nothing happens. AVOID this company.
Thank you for the response below - I have called so many times (and have a log if necessary), been reassured the outstanding payment will be made. Nothing happens. Ombudsman?

You'd need to call our Feed-in Tariffs (FIT) team on 0330 303 5063 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm). If your number's recognised by the system, your call will go straight through to the FIT team. If not, our Customer Care team will transfer your call.
