No progress with item and having try to get a refund

Originally placed an order in mid October. A month later the order was cancelled and money refunded without warning on the same day.

Replaced the order and 3 weeks later no progress. Have made multiple requests for a refund/ cancellation of the item but nothing has been done and have had no success in getting my money back.

Update - Thank you for the response below, can I please have a refund on the item!
