Unfortunately the regular delivery man who works my areas is extremely rude and unhelpful. I explained my baby sleeps downstairs the front door and I am unable to answer the door even when I am home. Politely asked him to leave it at the door for when my son is awake as the door wakes him. He has become hostile, rude and refuses to leave the parcel despite me clearly speaking to him via a ring door bell, or out of the window. I do not want this man delivering to my door anymore. Please contact me immediately to resolve the matter. I am not comfortable answering the door to his hostile manner.
