On delivery day, I needed to check the delivery time and called CTD where I spoke to a real person, (not webchat or a bot). Details were checked and I received a call back within 10 minutes to confirm the delivery time. The delivery driver was very helpful; he even took back the pallet. A seamless and impressive service.
