Lack of customer service/care.
Ordered a custom necklace and bracelet set on Sunday 19th November 2023 on their website it says the jewellery takes 12-15 days to be created. Monday 20th November I realised a spelling mistake on my original order, I contacted via email (only method of contact from what I found) to request an amendment).
I received an auto email to say I'd have a response within 24 hours. Today (Tuesday 21st November) I had an email to say that the jewellery has already been processed by the warehouse and they cannot cancel or make amendments as a result.
This is strange considering as mentioned above it's stated 12-15 days craftmanship, but now the customer service representative claims the warehouse already processed it (within 2 days, one of them being a Sunday evening).
I don't believe that within 24-48 hours the jewellery was crafted (12-15 days reminder again...) but the customer services don't seem willing to help.
