After being recommended to Setfords, I have a distinctly average experience speaking with one of their solicitors who turned up more than 45 minutes late for our (expensively) scheduled call. The advice offered was fairly obvious; "has the lack of work on the property left you out of pocket?" yes, it has. And my follow-up emails were left unanswered.
