Much variety of products of all pyrotechnics categories, honest prices, well done packages, quick expeditions, they are the main point of reference to most people buying pyrotechnics online in Italy. They also make a few products on their own so they are also producers. The internet site is very well structured and clear, the vote for all this should be 4.5 stars, but a lower vote comes because they refuse to clarify doubts and to answer questions. I asked them simple informations about a product because I did not want too powerful stuff to shoot (there are many dogs) for the end of the year, but my question never received a reply. Their social network page also invites people to ask but they just don't answer and this is a thing I really don't like because it takes a few minutes to answer the question I asked. The question was read but an answer was never given, more than a month passed. They remain the best online seller of pyrotechnics among italian ones.
