Hanno occhiali di ogni tipo e forma e per tutti i gusti, sarebbe molto difficile non trovare ciò che si vuole, le scelte di vendita sono davvero ben studiate per soddisfare tutte le esigenze, cosa che si vede già a colpo d'occhio appena entri nel locale e che poi guardando nel dettaglio si conferma ancora di più, inoltre tipologie di montature tra loro simili sono più vicine tra loro rispetto a quelle molto diverse che si trovano vicine alle loro simili in un altro punto nello spazio del negozio, in pratica un'organizzazione dello spazio degli occhiali esposti ben studiata che ti permette di trovare rapidamente ciò che cerchi, io ho individuato e scelto la montatura in 5 minuti e senza neanche chiedere consigli. La montatura nuova con le lenti nuove era pronta dopo una settimana, consegna scrupolosa degli occhiali in condizioni ottimali, il prezzo è onesto. Per i colori della montatura hanno il database informatico con tutte le opzioni ed anche per quanto riguarda le lenti ci sono molte opzioni nel database. Questo è diametralmente opposto a certi altri venditori che non hanno quello che cerchi ed invece di dire rispettosamente "mi dispiace ma non li abbiamo" se ne escono con atteggiamenti scorbutici, sarcasmi, pressioni nei confronti del cliente e frasi come "Eh ma quella tipologia non si fa più", "Quel tipo non si vende più", "La moda adesso è questa" o cercano inutilmente di mettere in dubbio una differenza evidente tra ciò che vuole il cliente e ciò che hanno loro, invece di ammettere la realtà, cioè che loro non hanno quello che cerchi, e non si tratta di montature fantascientifiche. Ecco a me queste situazioni non auspicabili sono successe più di una volta con gli ottici, cosa che mi ha portato a snobbarli ed abbandonarli, ma non è successo qui. A GrandVision, oltre alla qualità e alla varietà, ho constatato un aspetto essenziale per un ottico, cioè la serietà. Sulla base della mia esperienza personale posso dire che se entrate qui potete stare con animo tranquillo.

Mi è arrivata un'email che mi informava che la mia recensione era stata pubblicata (direi che ci ha messo troppo tempo), il messaggio automatico era qualcosa tipo "Congratulazioni!" "È UFFICIALE", direi esageratamente motivazionale, nessuno ne ha bisogno. Ad ogni modo, ho scritto questa recensione a 5 stelle completamente positiva su un ristorante. Cercando manualmente quel ristorante, trovavo la mia recensione solo cliccando sulla sezione foto, nella sezione "Tutte le recensioni" non la vedevo, finchè dopo più di un giorno finalmente si sono decisi a metterla anche lì. Inoltre, una delle mie foto è stata usata come foto di copertina per la presentazione di quel ristorante sul sito, mi chiedo se io abbia dato il permesso accidentalmente o se l'abbiano usata deliberatamente. In ogni caso, Tripadvisor è troppo lento nell'esecuzione.

I took a flight with Qatar Airways 4 times in a single vacation and every of these flights was impeccable.

I paid more than 200€ and it had to be simple: they had to take me from my hotel to a place at 3 hours distance itinerary by cab, then they had to take me back to the hotel in the same day. Also, in the final day of my vacation they had to take me to the airport. I have not seen any of their cars. Waste of money. I had to re-arrange EVERYTHING. Fortunately I came to know a tuk-tuk driver whose friend was a transfer driver and I could re-arrange the whole trip, of course spending again. In the final day of the vacation I just took a tuk-tuk to the airport, and when you start your vacation, right outside the airport, there is an organized transfer system, you tell the guy where you want to go and they arrange your transfer to your accomodation place or else, so you can reach your destination without booking anything in advice and without paying in advice, and that's what I suggest basing on my experience.

If they don't like what you write they send suggestions to your email address about content in opposition to what you say in your content, for example they will send a suggestion about the topic "wasting time" or other specific topics which are clearly tendentious basing on your contents (also since it happens regularly), so I do the same x20 times more than they do. Since their spamming is a lot and email became daily full of these things, I not only ignored them but I had to block their address, now their suggestions go directly to the spam section. Also, they uselessly try to manage content as they wish, but truth can not be stopped and anyway acting like this makes a website not popular. Another thing I don't like about this website is that if you sign in and you have to be away from keyboard for a little bit the access time expires way too quickly, I mean they may extend that time, it's not that a person has to hurry for a quick bathroom time if not wanting to reinsert the address and check link again.

La spedizione è stata lentissima, dalla data dell’ordine ha impiegato un mese a giungere a casa, tra preparazione e spedizione, comunque non ho trovato informazioni circa le tempistiche previste totali, ma solo le tempistiche dal momento in cui la spedizione parte, quindi non c’è contraddizione, anche se comunque, ovviamente, la lentezza totale non è un punto a favore. L’articolo è arrivato tutto ok e ben protetto dall’imballaggio, i pacchetti caldi hanno funzionato bene, sono stato anche avvisato del momento della partenza della spedizione. Nel caso mio tutto ok, eppure ho letto molte recensioni su di loro sia qui, sia nel Maps e mi fanno ipotizzare che ci siano svariate problematiche. Ho letto anche le risposte alle recensioni negative sul Maps e devo dire che queste risposte mi deludono. Una risposta ad una recensione era molto particolare…a riguardo posso dire quello che sanno tutti, che tutti hanno sempre saputo e che tutti sempre sapranno, cioè che i Romani non hanno conquistato nulla, hanno solo occupato una parte microscopica del mondo abitata dai popoli più deboli o già in crisi, mentre i popoli forti quali ad esempio i popoli germanici (definiti tutti genericamente Barbari) e i Parti (popolo che stava in Medio Oriente) hanno sconfitto facilmente i Romani per sempre, nella modernità si può dire che…ci hanno pensato gli Abruzzesi della costa. I Romani ancora rosicano. Inoltre è una cosa immorale e da bambini dire di essere fieri di un suddetto impero, la guerra è una brutta cosa. Infine i Romani non hanno istruito i Barbari, sono i Barbari che hanno istruito i Romani, anche se Roma era ed è tuttora la capitale del degrado.
Scrivendo delle recensioni in generale, il comportamento in certe risposte alle recensioni negative non mi piace per niente, e in più o meno ogni risposta alle recensioni negative sembrerebbe sempre che, in pratica, i gestori del negozio non sbagliano mai, la colpa è del cliente o di altri, o il fatto è una cosa che “può succedere”, o il cliente sta mentendo, oppure il cliente avrebbe potuto agire per rimediare ma non lo ha fatto; sembra essere un tentativo di volersi giustificare sempre e comunque senza mai fare un mea culpa, questo di certo non fa bene alla fiducia delle persone nei confronti di un’attività commerciale…non penso proprio che tutte quante quelle recensioni negative siano tutte ingiuste, questa è la mia vivida impressione, ma invito anche gli altri a leggere recensioni e risposte per farsi una loro personale idea. Altre volte la risposta alla recensione non si addice alla recensione stessa e appare ai miei occhi come un farfugliare. In quanto al negozio in sè, esso è fornito anche di pesci non comuni e svariati altri animali ed altro, è specializzato nelle creature marine e si vede che ci sono tanto impegno e tanta ricerca, si tratta di un vero appassionato del settore. Ho anche visto foto dell’interno del negozio ed esteticamente c’è da dire che è stato realizzato a regola d’arte. In totale direi consigliato dal punto di vista degli articoli in vendita disponibili, sconsigliato dal punto di vista del rapporto col cliente, non sconsiglio nè consiglio circa l’affidabilità, a qualcun altro sarà andata male, a me è andato tutto ok. Nel complesso il voto che metto non sarà epico, ma neanche negativo. Sicuramente l’azienda ha letto questa recensione da cima a fondo come ho notato che fa sempre in base alle risposte sul Maps. In quanto a me, anche se iniziassero a comparire le risposte su Trustpilot io non leggerò eventuali risposte, io ho letto abbastanza risposte alle recensioni di altre persone ed ho compreso che non ho bisogno di leggerle ulteriormente perchè non serve.

Cercano sempre di censurare ed eliminare ciò che non gli piace, seguendo i loro malvagi intenti, anche quando non c'è scritto niente di male, mentre lasciano le atrocità che desiderano lasciare. Qualunque critica (anche non offensiva) o frase che non gli piace, loro cercano di eliminarla, ed anche su argomenti banali e irrilevanti. Falliscono per la quantità di persone e le azioni di alcuni sul piano informatico, tutto questo impedisce loro di censurare in modo efficiente. Hanno fallito in tutto, anche nel servizio stesso che è lento e totalmente opposto all'intelligenza. Non c'è una cosa in Google che funzioni bene. 0 professionalità ha causato il loro fallimento eterno.

Sia i prezzi, sia i costi di spedizione sono davvero bassi e i marchi sono quelli che vediamo anche altrove insieme ad alcuni altri che sono esclusivi di Arcaplanet e sono consigliati. La spedizione è stata rapidissima, i prodotti sono arrivati in un giorno dalla partenza della spedizione, nel mio caso dalla Liguria alla Costa dei Trabocchi. La spedizione è partita il giorno dopo che ho acquistato i prodotti, infatti ho acquistato di domenica. In pratica dall'ordine alla consegna sono passati meno di 2 giorni. Prodotti ben imballati e arrivati in condizioni ottimali tramite corriere BRT. Impeccabile.

Anche dei commenti innocenti possono essere censurati perchè dicono qualcosa che non appartiene alla loro fazione e questo capita anche su argomenti diversi. In pratica capita che la risposta o il commento per restare lì deve piacere agli sviluppatori, ed anche quando si tratta di risposte o commenti più leggeri e scherzosi. A cosa serve questo? Sui temi più leggeri ci sono persone simpatiche che stanno al gioco ed altre ridicolmente acide, e indovinate un pò, la censura viene anche lì, se un commento su un post scherzoso e leggero uno dice "i frati le danno di SANTA ragione e fanno pure la birra" il commento viene censurato, ma se qualcuno su un post serio denigra i musulmani in totale il commento non viene censurato. lo stesso cercano di applicare ad ogni questione politica o in commenti e risposte che sono opposti alla utopia della civiltà, capita che commenti o risposte eludano la censura, ma loro cercano sempre di censurare. Per finire, si nota come, nello spazio in lingua Inglese, ci siano diversi utenti che appartengono all'esercito statunitense o alla polizia statunitense, troppi per essere solo una coincidenza, quindi deve esserci un legame tra gli sviluppatori e la polizia-esercito statunitensi, non è possibile che casualmente se ne trovino in tale numero tra gli utenti.

Con Subito si risparmia un sacco e le spedizioni sono velocissime, adesso loro si occupano anche delle transazioni, cioè dei pagamenti, esattamente come ad esempio AliExpress o altri siti di vendita. Una cosa notevole rispetto ad altri siti è che su Subito il pagamento viene rilasciato solo quando l'articolo giunge a destinazione, cosa che evita casini nel caso di smarrimenti, i quali comunque non si verificano. Sia nel caso del vendere, sia nel caso del comprare l'"usato" (che alle volte è in realtà semplicemente nuovo ma non ancora utilizzato, nè aperto), adesso è tutto molto più semplice che in passato. Per concludere anche Subito ha messo un sistema di recensioni e voti che permette di identificare l'affidabilità e l'inaffidabilità del venditore, e ovviamente ho potuto come sempre constatare che esse in media corrispondono esattamente alla verità. Subito rispetto al passato è migliorato a tal punto da diventare impeccabile e da 5 stelle su 5, probabilmente ci sono stati dei profondi cambiamenti interni. Si può dire che questo Subito sia del tutto un altro Subito rispetto a quello del passato. Basta pensare che questa è la prima recensione a 5 stelle che metto su Trustpilot.

Prezzi troppo alti. La spedizione è partita con un certo ritardo rispetto alle condizioni scritte sul sito. La carne che mi è giunta era conservata benissimo, nel macinato comunque c'erano delle piccole parti un pò più durette delle altre e lo erano di per sé, non per via della temperatura, anche perché ho aspettato il giusto tempo prima di cuocere la carne in modo da non cuocere carne congelata. Il produttore comunque non è avido di carne, infatti mi ha dato 100 grammi in più di quanta ne ho comprata, fermo restando che i prezzi sono comunque troppo alti. Come sapore carne buona, ma piuttosto insipida, nulla da criticare sul sapore ma niente di speciale, la si può rendere più appetibile con un sapiente condimento, la sorpresa è stata piuttosto che questa carne sazia ma è anche ben più digeribile di altre carni più comuni quali toro e maiale, non rimane sullo stomaco, quindi non lasciatevi ingannare dall'aspetto massiccio del bisonte, penso sia la carne di mammifero più digeribile che abbia mangiato. Sono stato avvisato dell'imminente consegna della carne via email, già sapevo quindi il giorno in cui mi sarebbe stata consegnata anche se coloro a cui si affidano per la consegna questa volta hanno suonato al campanello alle 7:40 del mattino, hahahahah :'D Qualcun altro avrebbe potuto arrabbiarsi, ma per me è stato divertente, ero quasi tentato di farci colazione con la carne ma poi ho optato per un più ragionevole pranzo XD Ad ogni modo, vista la elevata digeribilità della carne, per me va bene anche a colazione. Non leggerò eventuali risposte.
