Original order was not processed then cancelled
Original order was not processed for 2 weeks. Item cancelled by Zavvi despite item still listed on website as available.
Any communication on their system seems to produce generic bot responses.
I have reordered the item to see if I have any luck a 2nd time.
Update: As of 19.11.23 - still no item following 2nd attempt. Just received an email from Zavvi acknowledging item has not been delivered. Did request to cancel the item but this hasn’t been proceeded yet as I have been told that “as a shipment has been created it is not guaranteed that this can be cancelled”. Potentially this means it might still arrive. Original item is still listed on website as available.
24.11.23 - still no item, still trying to get a cancellation agreed.
