Octopus employees are polite and helpful - and do what they say they will!
I had had trouble booking a smart meter installation online so sent a message to let Octopus know this. Chloe Neville replied, sending some dates and saying that she would book an appointment for me. I took the opportunity to raise another problem I had had concerning setting up an online direct debit. Chloe immediately got back to me, explaining why I had had the problem and sorting it for me. Well done, Octopus, for selecting and training your staff so well.
