Disappointing service dont rely on them

**Edit/ reply to your response**- i have already sent you all the information twice and im waiting for a reply. I will send again and hopefully get a response now.

My son was born 9 July, waited for my puotos to be sent never received. Called them at the end of August, they couldn't find them and thought i was lyin. Sent them a copy of my paper on the 30th August, called again after two weeks and still no photos. Called again 13 weeks after my son was born and they have lost my photos and emails. The reason why is because they have a lot of clients! Terrible service and very disappointing. Better of taking your own photos at the birth of your child as they cant be relied on.
