Total scam! Don’t waste your time sending you phone to this robbing company! Sent both mine and my wife phone and they come back with a load of rubbish about multiple scratches. A screen that apparently needs replacing. Like I say save your time and don’t bother. Offer you an inflated price to get you to use them and then make up a condition to knock it down. They encourage you to take photos so you have proof as well madness. Reduced the prices by 60% in total. Here is a tip. Check your price online for faulty as that is what they are actually going to offer you!
